Insurance

We see patients by appointment only. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and participate with most major medical insurance companies. (Low vision consultations are covered expense with insurance, however low vision aids usually are not. We will personally inquire on coverage for each patient). We accept cash, checks, Care Credit, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover charge cards.
